I wrapped these up for the family dog this Christmas, and come Christmas morning she was so eager to get to the treats that she tore the present open herself,haha! The treats are made from quality ingredients and are rich in protein(on the packaging is a guide that says how much to give your dog at a time depending upon your dog's weight--too many are too much). Bootsy hasn't refused one of these yet!

My dogs will usually eat most treats but they get REAL EXCITED when I pull these out.

These treats got an good reaction from the 9yr old Australian Cattle Dog I gave them to. She seemed very into the way they smelled as she immediately came running as soon as she smelled them, and she eagerly gobbled them up when offered as a reward for training. She however wasn't as tempted by them as some things as she was not as eager to come to them as some other treats when we needed to distract her from chewing on something she shouldn't have been chewing on. Whether this was because they did not taste as good to her or she just wasn't used to them I don't know, and she is pleading the 5th.
I don't usually feed her homemade treats or anything so I wasn't too concerned with the ingredients list (as some other reviewers have mentioned), as it seemed to be better than most store bought treats, but the spices seemed weird to me, and I don't know if that was a drawback for my dog. Overall though, I would say they are pretty good, and would be good to use for training (The smell sure gets their attention!).

these treats are tender, good smelling. my dog goes crazy for them. so much that i was able to mix these treats with some other treats that she did not favor so much, and because the bit-o-luv treats are so aromatic, it worked perfectly to get her to eat her not so favorite treats. they are cut in rectangles, approx 1 x 1.5 inches. they are the right size to fit into all of our treat holding balls and toys. i started tearing them in half to make them last a little longer, as running out is not an option for my beagle princess!
